Colombia Excelso origin coffee beans
The harvest season lasts from January to June on farms in the Risaralda region, located at an altitude of 1,600-1,900 meters above sea level. Farmers harvest by hand in the morning, taking great care not to damage the fruit flesh, and in the afternoon, the beans are de-pulped. The beans are then usually dry fermented for 16-24 hours.

Brazil Samba origin coffee beans
The Minas Gerais region is Brazil's richest coffee-producing region, not only thanks to its fortunate location, but also to its sustainable efforts, as well as the fact that the most aromatic and sweetest coffees come from here. The Samba variety is a true classic. It is produced using the so-called dry process, which involves drying the beans in the sun in their fruit husks until they reach a specific moisture content (11-13%).

Balance coffee beans
Dark chocolate, hazelnut cookies, and nougat... it's like listing the characteristics of a fragrant dessert, except that all of these can be found in this characteristically sweet, silky-smooth coffee. Thanks to Brazilian Arabica, it boasts appealingly balanced acids and smoothness, while Indian Robusta gives it a pleasant body. We recommend preparing it with a medium-dark roast in an espresso machine or automatic coffee maker.
